Verification
Our volunteers contact the case and fill out the form with all required documents. We then proceed to full legitimacy verification depending on the case request.

Admin Posting Case
Depending on the request and amount needed, either the case is closed by delivering the needs to the beneficiary or by one of the admins posting a case on the LibanTroc Facebook group to gather donations.

Gathering donations
Our volunteers drive around all over Lebanon to gather the promised donations.

Payment/Delivery
The case is closed and the volunteers proceed with paying the gathered amount or delivering the necessary requested items.
